Five times a day, the adhan calls out: Hayya ‘ala as-Salah, Hayya ‘ala al-Falah (Come to prayer, come to success). But how often do we stop and ask what is the link between prayer and success?

This is the book I wish I had growing up. It unpacks this beautiful, complex ritual and what it does to our hearts, our minds, our bodies, our emotions, our relationships, our work, and our communities.

My first book, The Productive Muslim, was about the habits and skills of being productive as an Abd (slave) of Allah. My second, The Barakah Effect, was about what true success looks like. This book is about the most important daily habit a Muslim can have, and the one that brings the most Barakah into our lives.
