Join the founding cohort - 12–15 November 2026
Assalamu'alaikum, |
If you’re a business owner, a startup founder, a doctor running your own practice, or a leader of an organization, I’d like to invite you to the founding cohort of the Barakah Culture Leadership Program in Dallas, TX, from 1–4 Jumada al-Akhirah 1448 (Thursday 12 – Sunday 15 November 2026). |
Since the launch of The Barakah Effect book, Muslim leaders have often asked me: “How do I bring Barakah Culture into my own organization?” |
I’ve tried to answer this through in-house workshops and extensive consulting work. But I’ve come to realize that if the leader isn’t tuned to Barakah Culture in how they think, manage, and run their organization, no amount of training or consulting will help. |
That’s why I want to bring together a small group of Muslim leaders from different sectors who are willing to sincerely answer one question: What does it look like to run an organization where Barakah Culture is the operating system? |
We’ll meet in Dallas, where I live, and spend four days together working through six key leadership conversations: |
What changes when your organization’s purpose is oriented towards worshipping Allah, not just profit or growth? How do you plan and set strategy in an uncertain world like a gardener? How to nurture people’s souls, not just their performance? How do you make business decisions without ego or haste? How do you manage people as an amanah instead of a “resource”? Can your business or organization become a sadaqah jariyah? What are the Islamic ethics of running a business in a modern context?
|
As you can tell, these won’t be easy conversations, and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. I’m looking for people who are willing to unlearn how they were taught to run a business/organization and relearn it from an Islamic worldview. |
If you’re available 12–15 November, you can apply for a spot using the form on this page. Once your application is approved, you’ll be invited to complete your registration. |
|
|
I can’t wait to see you there, inshaAllah! |
Sincerely, |
|
|
P.S.1 - Have questions? On the application form, you can choose to book a call with our team, and they’ll be happy to answer them. |
P.S. 2 - This founding cohort will shape future cohorts, so we’re keeping it small and being intentional about who joins. If you know a Muslim leader who’d benefit, please forward this email to them. |
