A new 2-hour masterclass on sleep, Fajr, and barakah.
Assalamu'alaikum, |
Quick question. When your alarm went off this morning, how did you feel? |
If the honest answer was something like "exhausted," I want you to know two things. |
You are not alone: This is one of the most common struggles I hear from Muslims, anywhere in the world. Especially as summer approaches, Isha gets late, and Fajr gets early.
This is fixable - but it means rethinking how you approach sleep entirely.
|
For years, we have all heard the classic advice: just go to bed early, get your 8 hours, and you'll be fine. But that advice was never built for a life shaped by Salah, especially in summer, when the night between Isha and Fajr can shrink to three or four hours. So "8 hours of sleep" is not just difficult; it is simply impossible. |
I have spent years researching sleep, ever since a mentor told me something that stuck: "If you can manage your sleep, you can manage your life." What I've found is that there are practical things you can do each day to really balance between your sleep needs, spiritual aspirations, and other responsibilities. |
That is exactly what I want to share with you. I'll be running a live, 2-hour online masterclass called Barakah in Sleep, teaching a completely different way to think about sleep, built on two things that agree completely: the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah, and modern sleep science. |
|
|
After two hours, you will leave with a sleep plan designed around your personal circumstances, so you can wake for Fajr (and maybe even for Tahajjud) with energy instead of dread. |
Over the next few days, I'll share more about what's inside. For now, the details: |
