What Kasmira didn’t expect to walk away with, and why the replay is still open
Al Salam Alaikum, |
Last weekend, something happened in The Faith-Based Trainer Challenge that we’d like to share with you. |
It wasn’t a slide. It wasn’t a framework. It was a message we received from one of the attendees, Kasmira Saudagar, a few days after the challenge wrapped up. |
|
|
Here’s what she wrote: |
“I'm a little late in sharing this, but some lessons take time to settle. |
Last weekend, I had the blessing of attending The Faith-Based Trainer Challenge hosted by Mohammed Faris. Two days. |
I went in thinking I'd learn better training techniques. I left understanding something far greater — that being a trainer, a coach, or even just someone who shares knowledge, it's not about being loud or polished. It's about amanah. |
It's about designing experiences that don't just inform, but transform — rooted in sincerity and skill, both together. |
This session didn't just give me the 'how.' The structure. The methodology. But the real reward? Feeling closer to doing work that Allah is pleased with. |
Deeply practical. Deeply spiritual. |
Grateful. Changed. Ready to serve better." |

We share this not because it’s flattering (although, alhamdulilah). We share it because Kasmira named the thing that we hoped people would feel. |
That training, when done with amanah, is a form of worship (ibadah). That sincerity and skill are not two separate tracks- they are one path. And that the work we do as trainers, coaches, and teachers can either inform people or transform them. The difference is rarely about techniques. It’s about the sincerity and the heart we bring to the room. |
If you missed the two-day live workshop, or if you joined but want to revisit what was shared, the replay is still available, but only for a limited time. |
You’ll walk through the same two days Kasmira did. The structure. The methodology. And the deeper why beneath all of it. |
|
|
Whether you train teams, coach clients, teach students, or simply share knowledge with people who trust you - this is for you. |
May Allah accept from all of us, and bless the work of our hands. |
Sincerely, |
|
|
